Vehicles are digital goods delivered instantly. This page expands on section 03 of our terms.
01Sales are final once granted
Tebex grants purchases to your Cfx.re account once payment clears, usually within minutes. Because the files are delivered instantly, sales are final once granted.
02When we refund
If a vehicle doesn’t work as described and we can’t fix it within 7 days of your support request, we refund it in full.
03How to request a fix or refund
Open a ticket in #support on our Discord, or email us, with the Cfx.re account the vehicle was granted to and a short description of the problem.
04Chargebacks
Opening a chargeback without contacting support first may lead to the asset being revoked.
05Payments
Payments are processed by Tebex, which acts as reseller and merchant of record. Tebex’s checkout terms apply to the transaction.
